In the late 1990s, the central government proposed a gradual ban on single-use plastics. Shaoneng Group, the first listed company located in Shaoguan city, Guangdong Province, embraced this initiative and took action.
Establish a dedicated company to produce eco-friendly disposable tableware.
Founded in Apr 2001 in Nanxiong City, Guangdong Province by Shaoneng Group, Guangdong Luzhou Paper Mould Packaging Products Co. Ltd, specializes in plant fiber-based disposable packaging using materials like sugarcane bagasse and bamboo. Since shipping its first container in June 2001, Luzhou Pack has prioritized technology improvements and capacity expansion to deliver high-quality, eco-friendly products worldwide.

Over 20 years, Luzhou Pack established 3 automated manufacturing bases: Shaoneng Group Guangdong Luzhou Eco Technology Co. Ltd., Shaoneng Group Guangdong Luzhou (Xinfeng) Eco Technology Co. Ltd., and a facility in Thailand, all utilizing self-designed automation and smart warehouses. We are proud to be a global leader in eco-friendly disposable products made from plant fibers. In 2025, our revenue attain $87.88 Million, achieving an 7.45% CAGR from 2021 to 2025.

In 2020, Guangdong Shaoneng Group Luzhou Technology Development Co., Ltd. was established to consolidate manufacturing resources and improve market connections, resulting in Luzhou Pack's significant growth in the biodegradable packaging industry. By 2023, the company officially branded itself as Luzhou Pack.

Luzhou Pack has established branch offices in Hong Kong and Italy. At the same time, we have set up a manufacturing facility in Thailand and a warehouse in the United States. These initiatives are all aimed at better serving our valued customers. We've also registered the OASIS trademark to reflect our commitment to a greener planet and sustainable development.

2001 Apr
Shaoneng Group founded Luzhou Packaging Paper Products Factory to produce plant fiber pulp moulding disposable tableware.
2001 Jun
We successfully shipped our first 40HQ of goods.
2004 Jan
We sell our products on five continents.
2008 Oct
Annual sales exceeded one hundred million.
2011 Aug
Shaoneng Group renamed the factory to Shaoneng Group Guangdong Luzhou Eco Technology co., Ltd. (Luzhou Pack Nanxiong Production Base), and complete the first phase of annual output expansion to 6,000 tons.
2012 Aug
Luzhou Pack Nanxiong production base completed the second phase, expanding annual output by 3,300 tons.
2016 Nov
Luzhou Pack Nanxiong production base earned the High-tech Enterprise Certificate issued by the central government
2016 Dec
Luzhou Pack Nanxiong production base has been named a "Guangdong Famous Brand Product" by the Guangdong Provincial Government.
2017 Sep
Luzhou Pack Nanxiong production base reached a yearly capacity of 24,200 tons after 3 expansion stages.
2018 Sep
Luzhou Pack Nanxiong production base completed the fourth phase of its annual 15,000-ton output expansion.
2019 Sep
Luzhou Pack Xinfeng production base was established, boosting our capacity by 57,600 ton.

Luzhou Pack Nanxiong production base has been named a "Provincial Enterprise Technology Center" by the Guangdong Provincial Government
2020 Jan
Guangdong Shaoneng Group Luzhou Technology Development Co., Ltd. was established to provide customers with one-stop sourcing of plant fiber products along the whole chain.
2021 Dec
Luzhou Pack Xinfeng production base received the central government's "High Tech.Enterprise Certification".
2022 Feb
Reach new milestones in essential process technologies and launch the PFAS-FREE production line.
2022 Jul
Luzhou company is officially marketed under the name Luzhou Pack.

Achieve a 100% annual reduction in CO2 direct emissions through the green transformation of production.
